The Artesian project is a full gut-and-rebuild of a SW Portland home — the kind of job where nothing is left untouched. Kitchen, bathrooms, primary bedroom, secondary bedrooms, office, dining room, and living room. From the moment you walk in to the moment you step out back, this home is new.

One of the defining details is the architectural stair — clean lines, modern railing with walnut slats and black metal, the kind of craftsmanship that makes the whole house feel intentional. The kitchen was designed for how people actually cook: open to the living space, bright, and fitted with quality appliances and custom cabinetry.

Full home remodels require a different level of coordination than a single-room job. Trades have to work in sequence, decisions in one room affect every other, and the homeowner is living through the process. We're proud of how this one came together.
