Chris is the co-founder and CFO of Revive NW, and the most experienced property investor on the team. Over the course of his career, he has completed over 40 different projects across the Portland area, from single-family remodels to large-scale multi-family rehabilitation.
Chris brings a deep understanding of what makes a project financially sound and a genuine passion for revitalizing homes and neighborhoods. His investment expertise helps clients and partners make smarter decisions at every stage of a project.
Outside the office: Chris loves spending time with his wife Alex and their kids, Skyler and Alina.

Ondrej is the hands-on backbone of Revive NW's construction operations. As CCO, he oversees the day-to-day work on every job site, ensuring that quality standards are met, timelines are honored, and the crews doing the work feel supported and motivated.
Ondrej has a particular talent for revitalizing distressed properties, seeing potential where others see problems. His practical expertise and deep knowledge of the trades is what keeps Revive NW's finished work at the level clients expect.
Outside the office: You'll find Ondrej working on cars or spending quality time with his family and friends.
