Affordable, Energy-Independent Homes Built From the Ground Up

Carlton Courtyard is a seven-home condominium community in SE Portland's Mount Scott neighborhood, designed and built from the ground up to be both deeply efficient and genuinely attainable. Revive NW partnered with Proud Ground, a community land trust, to deliver homes that stay permanently affordable for income-qualified buyers.

Every home is powered by owned rooftop solar and paired with high-efficiency heating, cooling, and fresh-air systems, earning a Home Energy Score of 10, the highest rating, for net-zero-ready performance and very low utility costs. Inside, each ~1,100 sqft home offers three bedrooms, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and ENERGY STAR appliances.

Arranged around a shared landscaped courtyard, the homes make efficient use of an infill lot while keeping residents walkable to Woodstock, parks, transit, and shopping, a model for how new construction can be sustainable, dense, and affordable at once.
