The Cesar Chavez Blvd Cottages are a new construction project on one of SE Portland's main corridors, multiple detached units designed from the ground up for Portland's housing market.
Every decision in this project was deliberate: unit layout, exterior design, systems selection, and finish quality. The goal was to build something that works for tenants, works for investors, and works for the neighborhood.
