The Evelyn project is a great example of working with a home's existing character rather than against it. This mid-century charmer had great bones, and our job was to bring out what was already there.
We used color strategically throughout the interior, accenting original architectural details with bold paint choices that feel intentional rather than trendy. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with modern finishes that complement the era without impersonating it.
The result is a home that looks genuinely refreshed, not flipped, not overbuilt. Just a well-executed thoughtful remodel that respects the home and neighborhood.
