Every Detail, Intentional

This NE Portland Craftsman had good bones — a classic bungalow layout, mature trees, a detached garage, and a lot of potential sitting underneath dated finishes. We stripped it back and rebuilt it the right way.

The kitchen is the heart of it: dark green lower cabinets, white shaker uppers, a farmhouse sink, quartz counters, and brushed gold hardware throughout. It opens directly into the dining area, which features built-in shelving flanking a picture window — a detail that gives the main floor real character.

The mudroom off the back entry is custom-built with bench seating, cubbies, hooks, and floating wood shelving — exactly what a working Portland household needs. Bathrooms got the full treatment: new tile, new fixtures, geometric floor tile, and fluted wood vanities with gold accents.

The orange front door was intentional. It's the first thing you see, and it sets the tone for everything inside.
